This Refunds and Returns Policy applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and

All our clients are very important to us, that's why ("Company"), has created the following Refund and Returns Policy to let You know how we handle the refunds and returns for any goods ordered and bought on the following:

When this Policy mentions "we", "us,", and "our" it refers to the Company and its subsidiaries or /and affiliates. The term "goods" refer to any product or item bought on our Website by You.

1. Return Policy


If you are purchasing a Product that can be delivered on Website, we currently do not support returns or provide a return address because the products You order are personalized and made specifically for each order. Once an Order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless otherwise communicated by us to You.

Examples of non-returnable items:- Printed on demand Product (such as printed clothing, printed wall art, printed accessories such as mugs, printed décor, printed stickers, printed phone cases)- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized Product)

You acknowledge that the Products, when printed, may vary from the User Content as displayed on-screen, such as due to how computers display colours. Such deviation between on-screen User Content and physical Products that are not due to printing errors shall not be deemed a defect.

If there are defects discovered, such as damage to the delivered Products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered Products or lack of quality of the delivered Product not caused by lack of quality of the User Content, you should provide us with photographic or other documentary evidence of the existence of a defective Product. If we have not received from you a complaint in writing within 30 days after receipt, we shall have no liability for any defect.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if You have questions or concerns about Your specific item.

This Return policy does not limit Your statutory rights You may have in relation to incorrect, damaged or defective goods. However, the remedies provided for above are your sole remedies for any defective Product, and exclude, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any other remedy available to you by law.


2. Refunds


If you have requested a refund on Website, we will notify You once we’ve received Your request. If we agree, or you can substantiate, that there is a defect and that it is not due to the carrier, force majeure or other circumstances outside our control, then we will, at our option, either provide you with a reprint of the order to the extent required to remedy the defect or offer you with a refund for the defective Products.

No refunds are issued for orders returned due to an incorrect address or recipient rejection. You will be charged for the new order (see Return To Sender section). If the return reason is other than an incorrect address or recipient rejection, contact us, we'll investigate and refund the product price for the new order, and You'll only pay for shipping again if you wish to re-order.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we will refund the price of an item (and original delivery charges) if you change your mind within 14 calendar days of when you received the item. Due to the item being custom-made, you will not be asked to return it.

If more than 5 - 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at (see section 5).

For the online courses and digital downloads on the Website, we currently provide refund guarantees after a certain amount of days based on the product in question. After this date has been exceeded, a refund will no longer be possible.

For the online services on the Website (such as paid Zoom calls, webinars, workshops), a full refund can be requested 48 hours before the scheduled date. Any cancellations after this time will incur the full fee of the service.

3. Damages, Defects, and Issues


For Products purchased on Website, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. This includes:

- Damage to the delivered products

- Errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products

- Lack of quality of the delivered product

We do support You reporting a problem with Your item within the 30 day grace period. After Your issue has been investigated, we can issue You with a re-printed item or a full refund. Should You want to submit a new order completely, you will be liable for the costs of the new order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Lost Orders

For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order on Your behalf.

Returned to Sender

For any orders that have issues being delivered, they will be flagged to us as Returned To Sender by our printing provider. Orders may be returned to the sender for the following reasons:

- Wrong Address: If You provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should You want to submit a new order with an updated address, You will be liable for the costs of the new order.

- Rejected by the Recipient: If You reject the shipment during the delivery, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should You want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

- Unclaimed: If You are not able to receive the order at the address, the shipments may be available for pick up at Your local post office or carrier pick-up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender. For these cases, please place a new order and get in touch with us so that we can report the problem (within 30 days from the estimated delivery date) and arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order (you will still have to pay for the shipping costs).

For this to be avoided or rectified, please ensure that you have checked the following when making your purchase on Website:

- Double-check if the provided address is accurate and complete. Even a small error, like a missing apartment number, can lead to delivery failure.

- Don’t use delivery addresses such as PO boxes or military addresses

4. Changes to this Policy


reserves the right to change this Policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the Website and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the Policy on your first use of the Web Site following the alterations.
