Growing up in a Caribbean household meant hearing typical sayings such as:

"You must be seen and not heard"
"Don't be wrong and strong"
"I am your *Insert their title here*, and I know what's best"

I'm sure you have experienced something similar at some point in your life too. What this did, however, was unknowingly program me in limiting ways, and set me up to fail by withholding my expression of self and truth.

Many years later, as I decided to take a journey into the entrepreneurial world, I realized just how damaging these beliefs actually were.

I knew that if I wanted to succeed in building a successful and healthy business online, the first thing that needed to change, was me and my beliefs..

Thus, I set out to be the change I wanted to see and 4 years later, I've gone through many mental, emotional, and physical growths to become the better version of me.

It was through the many journeys of transformations that Creative Soul Sparks was born. A movement to help others who, like me, grew up being limited in the way they're expressed themselves to finally find their light and shine it in the world. 

Being able to pass on the torch of lessons learned, knowledge and skills gained, as well as celebrational wins, is what this space is all about.
